The company submitted a permit application for the project recently, according to City of Moses Lake documents.

The development area is about 63,000 square feet including parking for 20 vehicles, access, loading and landscaping. The new facility will be located near the southeast corner of the property, according to documents.

The laboratory will be used for the research and development of chemical reactive science, using the same type of chemicals used and produced at the plant.
