ROYAL CITY - Two people from western Washington were hurt in a 1-car rollover about a mile east of here on Highway 26 on March 2.

The driver of the 2002 Chevrolet was Blake M. Bichsel, 20, of Issaquah. Neither alcohol nor drugs were a factor, the Washington State Patrol said.

Bichsel was wearing his seatbelt and was not injured. His vehicle was totaled, and it was removed by Davis Towing.

According to the WSP, Bichsel was eastbound when he lost control of the Trailblazer. It rolled and finished on its right side. The WSP said the speed was too fast for conditions.

The injured were Keaton W. Johns, 18, of Bellevue and Sean E. Ratcliffe, 18 of Bellevue. Both were taken to Othello Community Hospital by ambulance. Both were wearing seat belts.
