Notice is hereby given that a Short Plat application received by Grant County on 2/3/14 from Randy Niessner (Contact: Jeff Curtis, PO Box 956, Mattawa, WA 99349), was found to be technically complete on 2/27/14. PROJECT: A four lot short plat. Lots 1 through 3 will be for light industrial businesses. Lot 1 will be five acres in size. Lots 2 and 3 will each be two acres in size. Lot 4 will be the remaining 168 acres containing the existing mobile home. Lots 1-3 will have Urban Light Industrial Zoning. Lot 4 will have a split zone, Urban Light Industrial and Urban Residential 1 (A zone change application is currently being processed). STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The subject area is located in the northern portion of S. 17, T. 16 N, R. 26 E, W.M., Grant County, WA approximately one mile southeast of Royal City. The site address is 4591 SW Rd. 13.6, Royal City, WA. (Parcel #16-0130-000) PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
