Lyle Vance Burck

Lyle Vance Burck, beloved husband and father, passed away on March 9, 2014, at the age of 93. Lyle was born in Gordon, Nebraska on March 9, 1921 to Oscar and Inez Burck.

Lyle graduated from Twisp High School in 1940. He married the love of his life, Opal Geneva Burck on October 22, 1942. Lyle really enjoyed playing guitar, singing and especially family gatherings. He was a retired farmer/rancher.

He is survived by; three children, Lorene Miller of Pasco, WA; Vance Burck of Soap Lake, WA; and Bob Burck of Moses Lake, WA; his sister Mildred Olson of Troy, Montana; 10 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.

He was preceded in death by: his loving wife of 71 years, Opal; his son Carl; Sister Beverly Webb; and Brothers Wesley Neil and Robert Burck.

A graveside service will take place on Monday, March 17, 2014 at Ephrata Cemetery (333 E Street SW, Ephrata, WA) at 11am.
