Sayre honored for commitment to clients, profession, and Land Institute

Chicago, IL - The REALTORS® Land Institute has awarded, for the first time ever, the esteemed Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) Advanced to nineteen ALCs, including Flo Sayre of Pasco. The Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation is an indication of the most accomplished, experienced and highest performing land experts. The ALC Advanced is a sign of an ALC's commitment to lifelong professional learning and to understanding the importance of stewardship for the success of an organization.

Sayre, of Farmers National, specializes in agricultural and investment property throughout central and eastern Washington.

In addition to Sayre, the honorees are Andrea Anderson, ALC Advanced; Steve Anderson, ALC Advanced; Mac Boyd, ALC Advanced; Ray Brownfield, ALC Advanced; George Clift, ALC Advanced; Gene Curtis, ALC Advanced; John Dean, ALC Advanced; Renee Harvey, ALC Advanced; David Hitchcock, ALC Advanced; Willy Hugron, ALC Advanced; Terri Jensen, ALC Advanced; David Klein, ALC Advanced; Jim Maxwell, ALC Advanced; Patricia Purvis, ALC Advanced; Russ Russell, ALC Advanced; Danny Smith, ALC Advanced; Jeramy Stephens, ALC Advanced; and Winnie Stortzum, ALC Advanced.

These individuals are part of a unique community committed to displaying high moral and professional standards to protect and promote the best interests of their clients. They pledge to conduct business with integrity, honesty, and respect to all clients, colleagues, and fellow real estate professionals. They will be honored at the 2014 National Land Conference: If Land Could Talk, March 12-14 in Charleston, SC. Accredited Land Consultants (ALCs) complete an intense education program administered by the Institute, and have a proven track record of success with appropriate experience and high volume requirements.  ALC Advanced is granted to ALCs who stay current on industry trends and are active within the land community. They continue their professional development through 30 plus hours of continuing education within a three-year period. The honor is only awarded once per year and is recognized for a three-year period.
