ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed Bids for the purchase of the PORT OF MOSES SURPLUS ROCK AND GRAVEL will be received, by The Port of Moses Lake, at the office of 7810 Andrews St NE Suite 200; Moses Lake, WA 98837 until 2:00 pm local time on March 13, 2014, at which time the Bids

received will be publicly opened and read. The Port of Moses Lake has determined that rock and gravel in the estimated amount of 74,000 ± cubic yards, located at the Grant County International Airport, are surplus to the needs of the Port of Moses Lake. The Port of Moses Lake intends to sell this surplus rock and gravel to the responsible and responsive bidder providing the highest per ton bid for this material.

The issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: The Port of Moses Lake; 7810 Andrews St NE Suite 200; Moses Lake, WA 98837. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office.

Bidding Documents also may be obtained online at www.portofmoseslake.com.

A pre-bid Mandatory conference will be held Wednesday, March 5th at 10:00 am at The Port of Moses Lake.

Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
