FOR ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES

The Housing Authority of Grant County is requesting a statement of qualifications for general architectural and engineering services for proposed and existing multi-family housing projects within Grant County. The pre-design phase may include preparation of preliminary plans and developing cost estimates for applications through the Washington State Department of Commerce Community Development Block Grant program, Federal funds from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, USDA Rural Housing Services, Washington State Housing Finance Commission and the Washington State Department of Commerce Housing Trust Fund.

The scope of services may include but not limited to the preliminary and final design process, surveys, soil testing, developing cost estimates, environmental studies, zoning approvals, construction management, Green building oversight, Capital Needs Assessments, rehab cost estimates and drawings and assistance in the various funding applications. All work performed on these projects will be subject to the higher of the residential state prevailing or federal wage rates.

Qualifications received after this time will not be considered.
