Notice is hereby given that a SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on February 24, 2014 from Bill Stevens were found to be technically complete on February 26, 2014. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal and the proposed mitigation measures. A copy of the subsequent threshold determination may be obtained upon request. PROJECT: To construct a 60-ft. by 86-ft. (Approx. 5,200 sq. ft. agricultural storage building ADDITIONAL PERMITS REQUIRED: Building Permit STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site is located at approximately 5.5 miles northeast of Soap Lake on Hwy 28. At 5591 Hwy 28E Soap Lake, WA. It is located in the SE quarter of Section 12, Township 22 North, Range 27 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #14-1771-202). ZONING: Agriculture. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
