Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Short Subdivision application received by Grant County on 6/2/14 from Randell Sieg (Designated Contact: Knudsen Land Surveying, PO Box 505, Ephrata, WA 98823), was found to be technically complete on 6/22/14. PROJECT: A short plat of an approximately 72.20 acre parcel into two lots in the Agriculture Zone of Grant County. Lot 1 will be 2.90 acres and continue to be used for residential use. There is a currently existing house as well as associated accessory structures. Lot 2 will be 67.55 acres and will remain in agricultural use. This lot will be designated as open space and will not have residential capacity. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The project site is located on the north side of Rd. 6 NW, approximately one mile west of Dodson Rd. NW. The site is in the S 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of S. 33, T. 20 N, R. 26 E, W.M., Grant County, WA. (Parcel #20-0269-000) CURRENT ZONING: Agriculture. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. Comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed, hand-delivered, or sent by facsimile. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
