Developer's Vision

| June 23, 2014 6:00 AM

The Legacy Resort at Frenchman Hills is a planned community intended to capture the passage of business knowledge, work ethic and the joy of recreational bonding from one generation to another. It is my last major undertaking after forty years in business and the first involving my children.

Our goal is to establish a Resort that will provide that opportunity for many families by offering a variety of activities to inspire traditions to be kept by successive generations-thereby creating a LEGACY. We envision a young family enjoying summer water sports of boating, fishing and sun bathing; golf with family and friends followed by wine tasting and cooking of fresh produce from the roadside stands; grandparents taking their protégés for walks or golf cart rides to the park; and morning coffee or afternoon cocktails with friends on the patio overlooking the golf course.

The Legacy Resort at Frenchman Hills consists of over 250 acres and is planned to include 700 individual and condominium homes in a gated community, with restaurants, a club house, bar, pro shop, an eighteen hole golf course, small parks, walking paths, tennis courts, and a health club. All of the features will be available for use by both residents and guests.

The Resort overlooks O'Sullivan Dam and its reservoir. It is located about eighteen miles south of Moses Lake in Grant County. The approximately 28,000 acre reservoir and adjoining public lands including a 600 plus acre state park, provide great wildlife habitat for many species and offers many public recreation opportunities, including fishing, hunting, water skiing, wave runners, and swimming. The Resort is located in the heart of the Columbia Basin agricultural area where fresh fruits and produce are abundant and vineyards flow from every direction.

The Legacy Golf Resort course currently has fifteen playable holes with the final three holes expected to be finished and playable by late summer of 2013.

Phase one consists of 30 two-bedroom cottages on the golf course, with models to be completed by early summer of 2013.The Cottages will be approximately 1100 to 1600 square feet and are targeted to be priced between $165,000 to $250,000 dollars.

Take a look at The Legacy Resort at Frenchman Hills and let this be a part of your Legacy as it is mine.

Sincerely,

Howard Bafford
