Carole Ann Erichson (Heppner)
Carole Ann Erichsen (Heppner) passed away May 5, 2014. She was 70 years old and a long time Moses Lake resident of 20+ years. Carole was born December 3, 1943 in Missoula, MT to Estella and Daniel Heppner, raised by her step father L.G. Baertschand her Mother. Other places of residence were Sprague, WA; Spokane, WA; and Polson, MT. Carole mainly worked as a teacher for the Othello School District for 10 years then, retiring in 2007. She graduated from Ronan High School in Ronan, MT in 1962 and Montana State University (Northern) in Havre, MT in 1988. Carole was a member of the National League of Post masters and a life member of the VFW Auxiliary. She enjoyed ceramics, reading, and knitting; and was also a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Carole is survived by her loving husband Larry O. Erichsen whom she married August 27, 1966; her daughter, Lana Ganelle Dahl, Spokane, WA; her son,
Larry G. Erichsen, Spokane, WA; her brother, Daniel John Heppner, Polson, MT; 4 grand-children, and 6 great-grand-children. Services will be held June 21, 2014 at the LDS Chapel, 1849 E. Nelson Road, Moses Lake, Wa. at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to be given to Lake Ridge Nursing home and Alzheimer Center.
