STAT discussions
Royal Principal writes to students
Dear Royal High School Students, I understand that some of you are concerned that STAT may not be part of the high school schedule next year.
Please know that no final decision has been made about the program. The Royal School District has a legal obligation to bargain with the teachers' association, and STAT is one of the subjects we have been discussing.
We are continuing those discussions into July, possibly longer, so we do not know now whether or not we will have STAT next year.
If you want to share what you think about STAT with me-and how it could be improved-please come by my office or drop me a note.
I will be working until the end of June and again in August. Have a great summer and stay safe.
