Notice is hereby given that a application for a subdivision and a SEPA Checklist were received by Grant County on 5/16/14 from Mike Bernsen (Contact: Robert Culp, Munson Engineers, PO Box 3796, Wenatchee, WA 98807) and was found to be technically complete on 6/9/14. PROJECT: This proposal is to divide an existing 2.43 acre parcel into six lots. The parcel is zoned Urban Residential 2 and is located within the UGA of Moses Lake. The lots will range in size from 14,547 sq. ft. to 18,400 sq. ft. and will be for residential use. LOCATION: The subject property is located on Viewcrest Dr. SE, approximately one quarter mile south of Goodrich Rd SE. The parcel is located in the NW quarter of S. 3, T. 18N, R. 28E, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #17-0073-012. ZONING: Urban Residential 2. PUBLIC HEARING: Tentatively scheduled for a public hearing before the Grant County Hearings Examiner, 12:00pm, August 13, 2014, in the Commissioners' Hearing Room of the Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, WA. At this time any person(s) may appear and provide testimony. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. Comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed, hand-delivered, or sent by facsimile. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
