NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE PORT OF MOSES LAKE'S

COMPREHENSIVE SCHEME OF HARBOR DEVELOPMENT

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING RCW 53.08.010 and RCW 53.20.010. Notification is hereby given that at 10:00 AM on Monday, June 23, 2014 at the Port of Moses Lake Office Conference Room, located at 7810 Andrews Street, Moses Lake, Washington, A public hearing will be held to receive public comment regarding a proposed amendment to the Port of Moses Lake (“Port”) Comprehensive Scheme of Harbor Improvements.

The proposed amendment is to include the proposed purchase of land for the Port's Waste Water Facility Expansion. The land is located in Grant County at T20R28S18 and T20R28S19 and is recorded as parcel #170981000 and #170983000 with the county auditor.
