Jody Lynn Bennett, 48, a lifelong Moses Lake and Ephrata resident passed away Friday, May 30, 2014 at home. A celebration potluck barbeque will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at Connie's home, 3681 Road E NE, Moses Lake. He was born in Moses Lake on December 12, 1965. Jody attended school at Ephrata and Omak. Jody enjoyed fishing, camping, barbequing, working on projects in the garage, and riding motorcycles. He loved spending time with family and friends.

Survivors include his parents, Connie and Bill Tracy; sister, Ronda (Chris) Cummings; daughter, Krystal and son, Caden; three nephews, numerous cousins, aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his father, Aubrey D. Jones and his grandparents, Virgie Griffith and Traves Million.

Jody was a beloved son, brother and father and he had a heart bigger than he was. He will be greatly missed.
