Franklin County is requesting proposals for the design, supply, fabrication, and delivery of a replacement structure for an existing untreated timber structure, spanning 18 feet across an irrigation canal located on Birch Road in Franklin County.

The consultant shall provide bridge design, supply, fabricate, and the delivery of a culvert or bridge structure. This design may include, but not limited to, headwall, wing walls, and foundation systems. The project shall be designed to current State, County, AASHTO and LFRD standards.

Request for Proposal must be received at the Franklin County Public Works Office, 3416 Stearman Ave, Pasco WA no later than 1:00 PM on Thursday July 3rd, 2014.
