Notice is hereby given that a Building Permit application and SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on May 20, 2014 from Crites Seed, Inc. (Designated Contact: Tanya Davis, Western Ranch Buildings LLC, 4968 Contractors Drive, East Wenatchee, WA 98802, 509-884-0555), were found to be technically complete on May 27, 2014.

Notice is hereby given that a Building Permit application and SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on May 20, 2014 from Crites Seed, Inc. (Designated Contact: Tanya Davis, Western Ranch Buildings LLC, 4968 Contractors Drive, East Wenatchee, WA 98802, 509-884-0555), were found to be technically complete on May 27, 2014. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal and the proposed mitigation measures. A copy of the subsequent threshold determination may be obtained upon request. PROJECT: This proposal is for the construction of a 60-ft. x 60-ft. (approximately 3,600 square ft.) steel building addition to an existing steel storage building and a loading dock for an existing seed-production/storage facility on an approximately 11.41-acre parcel in the Agriculture zoning district of Grant County. ADDITIONAL PERMITS REQUIRED: Building Permit, WA State Labor & Industries Electrical Permit. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site address of the subject parcel is 16342 Road 5 NW, Quincy, WA. It is located approximately 4 miles north of George, WA, and approximately 0.50 miles east of the intersection of State Highway 281 and Road 5 NW, and in the SE quarter of Section 5, Township 19 North, Range 24 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #20-1369-001). PRESENT ZONING: Agriculture. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
