Sandra May "Sandy" Van Loenen

Sandra May "Sandy" Van Loenen, 67, of Moses Lake, Wash. died in her home Wednesday, May 28, 2014. Sandy was born July 23, 1946 in Decatur, Ill. to John RIchard Lake and Lily Lovell Conrad.

Sandy attended school in southern California. She married Gordon Ray Val Loenen on October 5, 1968 in Littleton, Colo. Together they lived in Denver, Colo., Rapid City, South Dakota and Moses Lake, Wash. She enjoyed prospecting for gold, reading and Christian and Jewish books and watching related television programs, and arranging artificial flower arrangements.

She is survived by her husband Gordon Ray Van Loenen of Moses Lake, Wash., two sons Shane (Dede) Van Loenen of Watertown, Wisc. and Lance (Nancy) Van Loenen of Belleville, Illinois, five grandchildren Emily, Nolan, Drew, Derek and Jessica; one brother Richard Lake of Kent, Wash.
