NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Culbert Construction, Inc. 4908 Sonora Drive, Pasco, WA 99301 has completed work on the PORT OF ROYAL SLOPE WELL No. 2 WELL PUMP, RESERVOIR NO 2 & PUMP HOUSE PROJECT, EDA Grant No. 07-79-06682. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that claims against the retained percentage for this contract must be filed with the PORT OF ROYAL SLOPE within 30 days publication of this notice according to the law.
