PROJECT: A Short Plat of approximately 40.00 acres in order to create four (4) lots from one existing parcel in the Rural Residential 1 zoning district of Grant County.

Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Short Plat application received by Grant County on June 20, 2014 from Sotero Zuniga (Designated Contact: Robert Greene, Greene Land Surveying, PO Box 81, Soap Lake, WA 98851, 509-771-0097), was found to be technically complete on July 18, 2014. PROJECT: A Short Plat of approximately 40.00 acres in order to create four (4) lots from one existing parcel in the Rural Residential 1 zoning district of Grant County. As proposed, each of Lots 1, 3, and 4 will be approximately 10.00 acres in size, and Lot 2 will be approximately 9.99 acres in size. The proposed lots are all presently vacant. The intended use of each of the proposed lots is residential. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The subject parcel is located immediately south of State Highway 28, approximately 1.50 miles east of Soap Lake, WA and the intersection of State Highway 28 and State Highway 17. It is also located immediately north of Road 20 NE, and approximately 0.09 miles east of the intersection of Road 20 NE and Road A.8 NE, and in the SE quarter of Section 20, Township 22 North, Range 27 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #20-0040-001). ZONING: Rural Residential 1. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
