NOTICE OF HEARING

AN ORDINANCE REPEALING EXISTING SECTIONS

10.08.020 AND 10.08.050 OF THE

FRANKLIN COUNTY CODE

AND REPLACING THEM WITH REVISED SECTIONS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an ordinance is being considered for adoption by the Board of Franklin County Commissioners that will repeal existing Sections 10.08.020 and 10.08.050 of the Franklin County Code and establish revised sections for the speed limit ordinance for Franklin County, Washington. A copy of the proposed ordinance is available at the Franklin County Commissioners’ Office at the Courthouse or on the County’s website (please see below).

A public hearing on said ordinance will be held during a regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of County Commissioners at the Courthouse in Pasco, Washington, on the 6th day of August, 2014, at the hour of 9:00 a.m.
