Notice is hereby given that a Short Plat application received by Grant County on June 11, 2014 from Jack Brown (Designated Contact: Columbia Northwest Engineering, 249 N Elder Street, Moses Lake, WA 98837), was found to be technically complete on July 14, 2014. PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of an approximately 81.66 acre parcel into 2 lots. Lot 1 will be approximately 5.12 acres with two existing shop buildings and will have residential capacity. Lot 2 will be approximately 75.57 acres in size with no existing development and will have residential capacity. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The project site is located at 10777 Rd. 10 NE, Moses Lake WA. The property is Farm Unit 212, Irrigation Block 40 in the Northern portion of Section 14, Township 20 North, Range 28 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #19-0379-000. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
