NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD August 4, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA to adopt an Ordinance amending Chapter 2.30 of the Grant County Code titled Indigent Public Defense.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD August 4, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA to adopt an Ordinance amending Chapter 2.30 of the Grant County Code titled Indigent Public Defense. This Ordinance will adopt standards for the delivery of indigent defense services through RCW 10.101.030 as set forth by the Washington State Supreme Court.
