NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE

Grant County has issued a Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (WAC Chapter 197-11) for the following project: The applicant is proposing to divide an existing 2.43acre parcel into six lots. The property is zoned Urban Residential 2. The lots will range in size from 14,547 sq. ft. to 18,400 sq. ft. and will be for residential use. The project site is located within the UGA of Moses Lake. The subject property is located on Viewcrest Dr. SE, approximately 1/4 mile south of Goodrich Rd. SE. The parcel is located in the NW 1/4 of Section 3, Township 18 North, Range 28 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #17-0073-012

After a review of a completed Environmental Checklist and other information on file with the Planning Department, Grant County has determined that this proposal does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment as proposed.
