PROJECT: A Short Plat of approximately 63.68 acres in order to create two (2) lots from one existing parcel in the Agriculture zoning district of Grant County.

Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Short Plat application received by Grant County on July 2, 2014 from W. Lance Leavitt (Designated Contact: Jim Keyes, Prairie Land Surveying, 5134 Road E.7 NE, Moses Lake, WA 98837, 509-750-9133), was found to be technically complete on July 9, 2014. PROJECT: A Short Plat of approximately 63.68 acres in order to create two (2) lots from one existing parcel in the Agriculture zoning district of Grant County. As proposed, Lot 1 will be approximately 2.50 acres in size, is presently vacant, and will be used for residential purposes. Lot 2 will be approximately 61.18 acres in size, will have no residential capacity, and will continue its present agricultural use. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site address of the subject parcel is 21576 Road 4 SE, Warden, WA. It is located approximately 10.5 miles southeast of Moses Lake, WA and approximately 3.5 miles north of Warden, WA. It is also located approximately 0.58 miles southeast of the intersection of Road U SE and Road 3.3 SE, and approximately 0.35 miles west of the intersection of Road V SE and Road 4 SE, and in the SE quarter of Section 22, Township 18 North, Range 30 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #19-1104-000). ZONING: Agriculture. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
