NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received at the Office of the Board of County Commissioners, Franklin County Courthouse, until 8:45 AM on Wednesday, July 30, 2014, and then shall be opened and publicly read aloud at the regularly scheduled Board meeting after 9:00 AM on the same day.

EMULSIFIED ASPHALT (HFE-150)

The bids received shall be for:

Ten (10) tons of emulsified asphalt (HFE-150)
