NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the MOSES LAKE CITY COUNCIL in the Moses Lake Civic Center Building, 411 South Balsam Street at 7:00 p.m. on July 22nd , 2014 to consider a resolution adopting the Six -Year Street Transportation Improvement Program 2015 - 2020
