The North Franklin School District No. 51 proposes to sell 11.15 acres of surplus real property. The property is identified as parcel #106680040, Old Connell Elementary. A public hearing regarding the sale will be held by North Franklin School District No. 51 Board of Directors on July 22, 2014 at 7:00 pm at the District Administration Building, 1100 West Clark Street, Connell, Washington.
