PETITION TO VACATE A PORTION OF
PEDESTRIAN RIGHT-OF-WAY ABUTTING
RIVERSHORE ROAD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a petition has been filed in the Office of the Board of County Commissioners of Franklin County requesting that a portion of the pedestrian right-of-way extending from Rivershore Road be vacated as described:
That portion of now vacated Rivershore Road as shown on the Plat of River Ridge Estates according to the survey thereof recorded in Volume D, Page 25 of Plats, records of Franklin County, Washington more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the south west corner of Lot 7, Block 1 of said plat; thence South 89°20’08” East along the south line of said lot, also being the north line of vacated Rivershore Road, 103.35 feet to the intersection with the northwesterly projection of the west line of Ridgeview Drive; thence South 11°20’08” East along said projection, 30.67 feet to the centerline of vacated Rivershore Road; thence North 89°20’08” West along said centerline, 104.33 feet to the westerly line of said plat; thence North 9°31’52” West, along said westerly line, 30.48 feet to the south west corner of said lot 7 and the point of beginning.
Excepting there from the north 20 feet of said described area as previously vacated by Franklin County under Auditors File Number 485090.
Containing 1042 square feet more or less.
A public hearing on said vacation petition will be held during a regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of County Commissioners at the Courthouse in Pasco, Washington, on the 23rd day of July, 2014, at the hour of 9:15 a.m.
