INTENT TO VACATE A PORTION OF

JANET ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a resolution has been passed by the Board of County Commissioners of Franklin County indicating the intent that the right-of-way for a portion of Janet Road be vacated as described:

That portion of Janet Road, located within an easement recorded under Auditor’s File Number 1573543, records of Franklin County, Washington, more particularly described as follows:

All that portion of the hereinafter described Parcel “A” lying within a line described as starting at Engineer’s Station 0+57.65 on the Janet Street Extension line survey of the Janet Street Extension Plan and Profile project; thence northerly to a point on the north right-of-way line of Janet Street and the true point of beginning; thence northerly to a point opposite said Engineering Station 0+57.65 and 70 feet northerly therefrom; thence southeasterly parallel with said Janet Street Extension line survey and 105 feet southeasterly therefrom; thence southerly to a point on the north right-of-way line of Janet Street and 70 feet southerly therefrom; thence northwesterly parallel with the Janet Street Extension line survey of the Janet Street Extension Plan and Profile project and 105 feet northwesterly therefrom to the true point of beginning and the end of this line description.

Parcel “A”: Lot 3 Short Plat 99-13, located in Franklin County, Washington.

Parcel Number: 114-222-092

Containing 7,350 square feet, more or less.

A public hearing on said intent to vacate will be held during a regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of County Commissioners at the Courthouse in Pasco, Washington, on the 23rd day of July, 2014, at the hour of 9:15 a.m.
