Barbara "Bobbi" Ann Christie

Barbara "Bobbi" Ann Christie, 78, longtime Soap Lake resident died in her home, June 28, 2014. She was born June 16, 1936 in Los Angeles, Calif. to Sylvia Robbins and Albert Smith.

Bobbi married Robert George Christie on July 21, 1957 in Westwood, Calif. She lived in Northern and Southern California before retiring to Soap Lake, Wash. She worked for the Chelan County Library District and was actively involved with the Masquers Theatre.

She is survived by one brother Robbin Smith, one sister Tedde Ready, both of Calif., son John Christie, of Custer, So. Dakota, daughters Fawn Hill of Las Vegas, Nevada and Heather Christie, of Ephrata, Wash., grandchildren Alex Adams, of Oreg., Justin Christie of Calif., Robert and Rebecca Hill of Las Vegas, Nevada and five nieces and nephews in Calif., along with many friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Robert George Christie.

A celebration of Bobbi's life will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, July 12, 2014 in Masquers Theater, 322 Main Ave. E., Soap Lake, Wash.
