Sealed bids for the following Public Works Project will be received until 3 p.m. on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at 600 Capitol Way North, Olympia, Washington, and then and there be publicly opened and read. This Public Works Project is subject to prevailing wage requirements per RCW 39.12.020.

Region 2 Headquarters Warehouse Roof Replacement GT:B02:14-1
Provide all labor, material, equipment, and permits to complete the following: tear off and dispose of existing torch-down roof system and re-roof warehouse with TPO Membrane roof system. Install at the Department's Region 2 Headquarters, located at 1550 Alder Street NW, Ephrata, Washington 98823-9699.
Engineer's Estimate: $110,000.00
A RECOMMENDED pre-bid walkthrough is scheduled on Wednesday, July 16, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Department's Region 2 Headquarters, located at 1550 Alder Street NW, Ephrata, Washington 98823-9699.
Minority and Women's Business Enterprises (MWBE) are encouraged to participate in the bidding as prime contractors, subcontractors, or suppliers.
