PROJECT: A Short Plat of approximately 13.10 acres in order to create two (2) lots from one existing parcel in the Rural Residential 1 zoning district of Grant County.

Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Short Plat application received by Grant County on May 27, 2014 from Cory Woodiwiss (Designated Contact: Lennard Lopez, Knudsen Land Survey LLC, PO Box 505, 130 1st Avenue NW, Ephrata, WA 98823, 509-754-4376), was found to be technically complete on June 27, 2014. PROJECT: A Short Plat of approximately 13.10 acres in order to create two (2) lots from one existing parcel in the Rural Residential 1 zoning district of Grant County. As proposed, Lot 1 will be approximately 5.00 acres in size and is presently vacant. Lot 2 will be approximately 7.19 acres in size, and will contain an existing single-family residence, shop, shed, well, and septic system. The intended use of both lots is residential. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site address of the subject parcel is 7871 Lake Vista Drive NE, Moses Lake, WA. It is located approximately eight miles southeast of Ephrata, WA, and approximately 3.30 miles southeast of the intersection of State Highway 17 and Neppel Road NE, and north of the intersection of Road 7.8 NE and Lake Vista Drive NE, and in the NW quarter of Section 27, Township 20 North, Range 27 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #16-1682-039). PRESENT ZONING: Rural Residential 1. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
