NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to RCW 52.02.040 the Franklin County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing and invitation to comment on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at 9:00 am Pacific Standard Time in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room located in the Franklin County Courthouse at 1016 North 4th Avenue, Pasco, Washington, regarding Franklin County Fire Protection District No. 3 Resolution No.372 dated June 10, 2014, requesting approval of annexation of certain territory.
