Domestic Water Storage Tank Replacement Project (RFQ #14-01)

Sunrise Water Association (Sunrise), a Washington nonprofit corporation, operating a domestic water system in Marine View Heights Subdivisions I-III in Grant County, WA and having its principal place of business at 7010 Bellevue Street SE, Othello, WA 99344, is requesting and soliciting statements of qualifications, performance data, and USDA grant and loan funding experience information from experienced engineering firms to perform engineering, consulting, and project management services related to a domestic water storage tank replacement project, including environmental compliance, land use compliance, land segregation, pre-design, design, bidding assistance, and commissioning services for said project. The project may include land segregation, the installation of a new well, and the replacement of an existing steel tank with one or more new tanks of material(s) to be determined. To be assured consideration, a transmittal letter on firm letterhead, 1original written statement of qualifications, performance data, and USDA funding experience, 4 hard copies of said statement, and either an external hard drive or thumb drive containing a copy of said statement in a standard electronic format must actually be received by Sunrise as specified below by 3:00 p.m. (PST) on February 10, 2014. A non-responsive, incomplete, or untimely submitted statement will not be considered. All costs incurred in preparing and submitting a statement in response to this RFQ shall be at the proposing firm’s sole risk and expense, and Sunrise shall not be liable for the payment or reimbursement thereof. Sunrise reserves the right to reject any or all statements and the right to amend, modify or discontinue the RFQ at any time.
