NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

A Public Hearing will be held, February 11, 2014 at 7 PM in the Council Chambers located at 201 So. Ash Avenue, Warden, WA.

The Public Hearing is to hear comment regarding the disposal of surplus property, that the City has leasehold interest and the fee title to the property is vested with the Port of Warden.

The property boarders the City of Warden on the west and is within Section 16, Township 17 North, Range 30 East, W.M. – The property is known as the Airport Property. Proposed use of the lands involved is Industrial Development.

NW1/4NW1/4SW1/4 and that portion of the W1/2NW1/4, Section 16, Township 17 North, Range 30 East, W.M., included in a tract described as follows:

Parcel 1:

Beginning at a point on the west line of said Section 16, which is S 0°* 44’ 36” W 418.48 feet from the northwest corner there-of and running thence S 0°* 44’ 36” W 2,225.99 feet along said west line to the west quarter section corner of said Section 16, thence S 89°* 02’ 18” E 477.44 feet along the south line of said W1/2NW1/4, thence N 7°* 20’ 40” E 836.87 feet, thence S 89°* 05’ 20” E 90.34 feet, thence N 0°* 47’ 39” E 1,743.39 feet, thence N 89°* 05’ 20” W 540.50 feet, thence S 0°* 44’ 36” W 348.48 feet and thence N 89°* 05’ 20” W 125.00 feet to the point of beginning, having an area of 42.9 acres, more or less.

Parcel 2:

Beginning at a point on the west line of said Section 16, which is S 0°* 44’ 36” W 70.00 feet from the northwest corner thereof and running thence S 89°* 05’ 20” E 125.00 feet, thence S 0°* 44’ 36” W 348.48 feet thence N 89°* 05’ 20” W 125.00 feet and thence N 0°* 44’ 36” E 348.48 feet to the point of beginning, having an area of 1.00 acre.
