AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CONNELL, WASHINGTON, ADDING A SECTION TO CHAPTER 2.04 RELATING TO REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS

The following Ordinances ware adopted by the City Council of the City of Connell on

January 21, 2014 and Approved by the Mayor of the City of Connell on January 21, 2014.

ORDINANCE 943-2014

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CONNELL, WASHINGTON, ADDING A SECTION TO CHAPTER 2.04 RELATING TO REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS

WHEREAS, the City Council desires to modify the dates of regular city council meetings by adding an additional regular meeting each month called the town hall meeting;

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CONNELL, WASHINGTON, DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1.There is hereby adopted a new Section 2.04.020 of the Connell Municipal Code that shall be entitled “Additional Regular Meeting Date”, which Section shall read as follows:

Section 2.04.020. Additional Regular Meeting Date.

A third regular meeting of the city council shall be held on the second Monday of each month commencing at the hour of six p.m in the Connell community center. This regular meeting shall be called the town hall meeting. No final action (as defined under the Open Public Meetings Act) shall occur at this meeting. City of Connell, Washington

ORDINANCE 944-2014

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CONNELL, WASHINGTON AMENDING CHAPTER 9.24 OF THE CONNELL MUNICIPAL CODE.
