MOSES LAKE - Moses Lake boys swimming capped a tremendous season Tuesday with a resounding 125-64 win over Eastmont.
Tuesday's win solidified an undefeated season for the Chiefs. The team finished a perfect 10-0 overall and 10-0 in the Columbia Basin Big 9.
Moses Lake dominated the Wildcats, scoring wins in 10 events.
The meet began with the 200-yard medley relay. The team of Kaelan Connacher, Zack Johnston, Brenden Eslick and Madison Molitor recorded a blistering time of 1 minute, 43.96 seconds, which was almost 12 seconds faster than the second place time.
Moses Lake continued its dominance taking first, second and third place in the 200-yard freestyle. Once again, Eslick cut through the pool and finished with a time of 1 minute, 54.30 seconds.
Dallin Fairbanks and Calvin Wytko placed second and third, respectively.
Johnston was back in the water for the 200-yard individual medley, which he won with a time of 2 minutes, 4.16 seconds, 15 seconds faster than the second place finisher.
Moses Lake took first and second in the 50-yard freestyle with Molitor just edging Tristiane Randall.
Johnston earned his second win of the day with a first place finish in the 100-yard butterfly. Eastmont's Hank Bergstrom made it a close race, but Johnston was able to finish just .36 of a second quicker.
Connacher scored two wins in the 100-yard freestyle and the 100-yard breaststroke, while Eslick took first in the 100-yard backstroke.
Moses Lake was also able to sweep all three relays and Johnston, Molitor, Connacher and Eslick destroyed their competition in the 200-yard freestyle relay, finishing over 10 seconds faster than the second place team.
Logan Osborne, Mateo Mejia, Christopher Vidrine and Dallin Fairbanks closed the competition with a win for the Chiefs in the 400-yard freestyle relay.
Moses Lake will compete in the 11 dive meet Friday at Central Washington University before returning to CWU for districts Feb. 7.
