NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids for printing Franklin County’s legal notices for one year (July 2014 – June 2015) will be received at the administrative office of the Franklin County Commissioners, Franklin County Courthouse, 1016 N. 4th Avenue, Pasco, Washington.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids for printing Franklin County’s legal notices for one year (July 2014 – June 2015) will be received at the administrative office of the Franklin County Commissioners, Franklin County Courthouse, 1016 N. 4th Avenue, Pasco, Washington. Bids shall be for the English language in six point solid type. Please mark envelope “SEALED BID.”

A hearing will be held February 12, 2014, at 9:15 am, or as soon thereafter as possible, for the opening of said sealed bids. Franklin County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and no bids will be considered unless accompanied by a statement of the circulation of the bidder’s paper. Bids will be received until 9:00 am on February 12, 2014.
