SMALL WORKS ROSTER

The GCPHA is preparing a 2014 small works roster of responsible contractors who request to submit bid quotations on contracted construction projects of less than One Hundred Thousand Dollars to be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder.

The GCPHA is preparing a 2014 small works roster of responsible contractors who request to submit bid quotations on contracted construction projects of less than One Hundred Thousand Dollars to be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder.

To be on roster, submit the following:

(1) Business name, address, telephone number and contact person.

(2) Contractor’s Washington license registration number.

(3) Insurance certificate(s) verifying the following coverage is in effect:

• State of Washington Workers Compensation: statutory

• For construction projects under $25,000, combined single limit of at least

$1,000,000 each for comprehensive general liability and auto liability

• For construction projects of $25,000 and above, combined single limit of at least

$2,000,000 each for comprehensive general liability and auto liability

(4) Name and address of a surety who will issue a performance bond and a payment bond. The surety providing performance and payment bonds shall have a Best’s Guide rating of A-VII or better.

(5) Roster will be divided into five work areas: concrete work/excavation, control systems/PLC, electrical work, mechanical/hydraulic and metals machining. Please specify area(s) of interest.

(6) List projects performed in the last two years and the project owner’s contact person.
