Notice is hereby given that a SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on January 3, 2014 from Prchal-Milbrandt Farms LLC (Designated Contact: Jerry Milbrandt, 5314 Rd. U NW, Quincy, WA 98848) were found to be technically complete on January 13, 2014. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal and the proposed mitigation measures. A copy of the subsequent threshold determination may be obtained upon request. PROJECT: To place an irrigation water line 10" in diameter in the County Road easement for approximately 300' in length parallel to Road 4 SW and then approximately 40' in length to cross the north side of Road 4 SW. ADDITIONAL PERMITS REQUIRED: Grant County Public Works Right-of-Way Work Approval. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site is located on Rd 4 SW approximately two miles west of Dodson Rod. SW. It is located in the SE 1/4 of Section 19, Township 18 North, Range 26 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #16-0296-000). ZONING: Agriculture. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
