NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Franklin County will be selling parcel #121-211-054. The parcel is located on Sagehill Road, northwest of the Basin City community. The parcel is 5.00 acres (approximately 160 feet fronting Sagehill Road and with a depth of approximately 1,275 feet).

In accordance with Chapter 36.34 RCW, the sale will be through sealed bid process. Bids will be opened publicly at the meeting of the Franklin County Board of Commissioners at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, January 22, 2014. Attendance is not required.

All bids must be received by no later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, January 20, 2014. Bids submitted beyond this date and time will not be considered. Bids must be addressed to:

Bid envelopes must be marked on the outside with “SEALED BID PARCEL# 121-211-054”.

Bids must contain the bidder’s name, legal address of residence, phone number, and proposed price. Only one bid will be accepted per individual. All bids must be for cash. No financing, trade-ins, or other forms of exchange will be considered. Franklin County reserves the right to reject all bids if it feels that this is in the County’s best interest.

A Spanish interpreter will be available. The Commissioners’ Chambers are handicap accessible. Arrangements to reasonably accommodate special needs, including handicap accessibility or interpreter, will be made upon receiving 24-hour advance notice.
