NOTICE OF HEARING

PETITION TO VACATE A PORTION OF

DRADIE STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a petition has been filed in the Office of the Board of County Commissioners of Franklin County requesting that the right-of-way for a portion of Dradie Street be vacated as described:

That portion of Dradie Street as shown on Short Plat 2001-02 according to the survey thereof recorded under Auditors File Number 1586541, records of Franklin County, Washington more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 1 of said Short Plat, being on the right of way of Dradie Street and being the start of a non-tangent 50.00 feet radius curve to the right whose radius point bears North 15d40’07” West; thence southwesterly along said curve through a central angle of 32d02’54” an arc distance of 27.97 feet; thence South 89d38’51” East for 27.60 feet to the point of beginning.

Together with the following:

Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 2 of said Short Plat being on the right of way of Dradie Street; thence North 89d38’51” West, 97.10 feet to intersect the right of way of Dradie Street and the start of a non-tangent 50.00 feet radius curve to the right whose radius point bears South 75d49’40” East; thence northeasterly along said curve through a central angle of 152d21’32” an arc distance of 132.95 feet to the point of beginning.

Containing 2780 square feet more or less.

A public hearing on said vacation petition will be held during a regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of County Commissioners at the Courthouse in Pasco, Washington, on the 22nd day of January, 2014, at the hour of 9:00 a.m.
