Notice is hereby given that a Short Plat application received by Grant County on 12/10/13 from Bill Watson (Contact: Knudsen Land Survey, PO Box 505, Ephrata, WA 98823), was found to be technically complete on 12/23/13. PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of an 80.52 acre parcel into 2 lots. Lot 1 will be 6.06 acres and has an existing home and 3 produce sheds as well as an existing well and septic system. Lot 2 will be 74.35 acres and will be for agricultural use having residential capacity for 1 D.U. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The project site is 16975 Rd. 6 NW, located at the corner of the intersection of Rd. 6 NW and Hwy 281 N. The property is located in the NW quarter of Section 05, Township 19 North, Range 24 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #20-1204-000. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
