Jordan S. Wiester, 21, of Moses Lake, was taken to the Grant County Jail after being arrested Dec. 18 on suspicion of attempted first-degree murder, with premeditation, and unlawful possession of a firearm (convicted felon). ?

The arrest came during the investigation of the shooting of Dale Olmos, who was found around 8 a.m. Dec. 11 in a field near the 2800 block of Road 5 NE. He had been shot in the head.
