An ordinance amending Chapter 12.12 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Sidewalk Construction"

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which provides for changes to reflect the current policies regarding requirements in the paver district and planting areas.

This ordinance, which was passed on February 25, 2014, will take effect and be in force five days after publication.
