NOTICE OF DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Moses Lake issued a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following project:

2014 City-wide Rezones: Update zoning to match the adopted Comprehensive Plan.

After review of the completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the City of Moses Lake, the SEP A Responsible Official has detennined this proposal will not have a probable adverse impact on the environment. Pursuant to WAC. 19?-11-340(2), the lead agency will not act on this proposal for 14 days from the date of determinatlon. Comments on the DNS must be submitted by Mar. 12, 2014 to the Responsible Official.
