NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Franklin County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at 9:00 am Pacific Standard Time in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room located in the Franklin County Courthouse at 1016 North 4th Avenue, Pasco, Washington, to take testimony on whether the moratorium imposed by Franklin County Ordinance No. 7-2013 should be extended for six months.
