Notice is hereby given that a Short Plat application received by Grant County on February 10, 2014 from Dale & Linda Curtiss (Designated Contact: Columbia Northwest Engineering, 249 North Elder Street, Moses Lake, WA 98837), was found to be technically complete on February 20, 2014. PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of a 14.05 acre parcel into 4 lots. Lot 1 will be 2.81 acres with no existing development and will have no residential capacity. Lot 2 will be 2.59 acres with no existing development and will have no residential capacity. Lot 3 will be 3.08 acres with no existing development and will have no residential capacity. Lot 4 will be 5.57 acres with an existing residence and shop. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The project site is located .08 miles west of the corner of WA Hwy 17 & Rd. 1 SE south of Moses Lake. The property is located at 12439 Road 1 SE, Moses Lake WA in a portion of Sections 6 & 7, Township 18 North, Range 29 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #31-2775-000. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
