Notice is hereby given that a SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on February 04, 2014 from Marlin Hutterian Brethren (Designated Contact: Paul Harrington, 3421 South Henry Road, Greenacres, WA 99016) were found to be technically complete on February 12, 2014. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal and the proposed mitigation measures. A copy of the subsequent threshold determination may be obtained upon request. PROJECT: To construct a 7,500 sq. ft. agricultural storage building, (2) 4-plexes (18,000 sq. ft. each), an approximately 3,000 sq. ft. addition to the school and an open feed storage building. ADDITIONAL PERMITS REQUIRED: Building Permit STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site is located at 21344 Rd. 18 NE approximately six miles southeast of Wilson Creek. It is located in the SW quarter of Section 34, Township 22 North, Range 30 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #18-1603-000). ZONING: Agriculture. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
